Notre équipe de direction
Andile Ngcaba is the Executive Chairman for inq. with a focus on providing top-level leadership to the inq. group executives. He is also the controlling shareholder and non-executive Chairman of Convergence Partners. He has participated on ICT decision-making forums and has influenced the formation of various African forums and organisations responsible for shaping the ICT sector at National, Continental and Global levels through his activities on various bodies including the ITU, ICANN and the African Union. In his international organisational activities, Andile served on the Board and High-level Panel (serving as the business sector chair) responsible for the outcomes of the Netmundial multi-stakeholder conference on Internet governance, hosted by the Brazilian government in April 2014. He also serves on the council of The National Advisory Council on Innovation (NACI). The Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University appointed him as an Adjunct Professor of the University, affiliated to the faculty of science.
Naresh Thukkani is a technology and team-oriented leader with a successful track record spanning Product Architecture, Management, Development, and Consulting in Cloud, Networking, and DevOps domains. He enjoys building disruptive, high-performance, and scalable products and taking them to market. He is currently the Head on Innovation and R&D at inq., prior to this he was the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Fabric at inq., Naresh worked with a startup where he led an overall portfolio of products that helps in accelerating the digital transformation of the clients for SD-WAN, SDN/NFV, 5G, IoT, Cloud, and Edge Computing. In his previous work at Cisco, he made significant contributions and received many awards towards product development in Metro Ethernet, Enterprise Routing, Switching, and Security areas. He designed Multi-Dimensional Performance and Scale methodologies, and large-scale topologies, validated designs, and won many deals by engaging with customers. Naresh is very passionate about open source and the power it has to enable enterprises and service providers. He represented ONF in many international forums, co-authored SDN Migration & OpenFlow test specifications, and was invited as SME for developing MEF SDN/NFV professional certification and ONF OCSA certification. Naresh holds a Master's degree in Communications from IIT Bombay and Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications.
As Group Chief Financial Officer of inq., Suhavna Purmasir oversees the group’s financial strategy, compliance, and reporting, ensuring robust governance across the inq. regions and central operations. As a member of the Board of Directors and Group Executive Committee, Suhavna plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall business strategy and driving sustainable growth across the organisation. A seasoned Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with over 17 years of experience, Suhavna has honed her expertise in financial management, supply chain operations, enterprise finance system implementation, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Her career began at the globally renowned Big Four firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has since included leadership roles in multinational corporations and South African JSE-listed entities. Suhavna’s exemplary track record includes optimizing financial operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, and leading high-performing finance teams across diverse environments. Recognised for her academic excellence, Suhavna is a proud member of the Golden Key Honour Society and the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IODSA). Beyond her professional achievements, Suhavna is a dedicated wife and mother of three, balancing her dynamic career with a fulfilling family life.
As the Group Chief Human Capital Officer of inq. Khethi is responsible for all group strategic and operational human capital functions including group human capital strategy, oversight of the human capital functions in the corporate office and in each region. Khethi has over 27 years of experience in Human Capital across a multitude of multinational and diverse industries. Prior to inq. Khethi was at TNT International, Unilever, Holcium, Shell, Ericsson, Microsoft, Philips and as an independent consultant, focusing on bespoke human capital areas. Khethi has an MBA from UNISA and is a trained photographer. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to 37 countries.
As the Group Chief Commercial Officer for inq., Grant will drive revenue growth and diversification, marketing, lead product development, and product management, enhancing our consultation-based customer engagement. Grant is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the ICT sector. Prior this current role, Grant held leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting, Synthesis Software Technologies, Dimension Data, and Telkom. Grant's extensive experience includes roles such as Head of Multi-Cloud Centre of Excellence, General Manager for Cloud and Managed Services, CTO for Data Centre and Storage Solutions and Managing Director at SEACOM South Africa. Grant holds a Master of Business Administration from Wits Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. Grant is married and has 3 kids and in his spare time is a runner having done three Comrades ultra marathons, does boating and enjoys wine with friends.
As the Group Managing Director for inq. Craig is responsible for accelerating the transformation and growth of the inq. business throughout Africa. Prior to joining inq. Craig was a Partner at Convergence Partners and Chief Financial Officer of Seacom. As one of the inaugural members of the executive management team, Craig was instrumental in the start-up and development of the company, including establishing the regional set-up of the organisation across 7 countries. Prior to joining Seacom, Craig worked for Nedbank, focusing on M&A and expansion strategies across the African continent. Craig has a master’s degree in accounting and a chartered accountant CA (SA).
